How to participate:

1. Register using the form below.
2. Locate an existing nose plan to use in the challenge and have it readily available.
3. Schedule a time with a .decimal representative (we’ll be in touch after your register) to create a new nose plan utilizing the custom bolus feature inside .decimal’s p.d software.
4. Compare the old bolus plan with the newly created bolus plan from p.d.
